Joshua M. Brandner - Director/Producer
Josh received his B.A. in Media and Theater Arts from Montana State University, and has dedicated the past 10 years of his life to filmmaking. He has gone on to write, direct, and produce content for television as well as feature length documentaries. By gaining experience with productions for ESPN, ABC, MTV and History Channel, Josh has been able to explore many different rolls on and off set. Currently he lives in Boulder, CO and has taken on more recent responsibilities in marketing, distribution, and media relations, which lends itself to a better understanding of the indie documentary landscape. His first feature length documentary “Raising the Ghost” has not only been screened worldwide, but has also started a campaign to raise money for a species of fish on the verge of extinction. It is through these thought provoking productions that Josh hopes to promote change for future generations.
Ryan Stumpe - Director/Producer
Ryan is a Director of Photography for Motion Pictures, Television and Advertising as well as the Creative Director and Principal Producer of AVERingenuity LLC, a design and specialty production company. He has led a smart and devoted crew through the storms of productions large and small for over 10 years generating episodic television, feature documentaries, progressive music videos and professional global advertisements. A product of the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest, Ryan's work ethic runs deep and is only matched by his sense of humor. Known for ideas that increase the efficiency of the way things get done, his talents behind the lens have generated a handful of awards, all of which he sends to his Mother's house to be kept safely in the attic with the rest of his good memories. Ryan is internationally traveled and holds a current passport. Via Fort Collins, CO, Bellingham, WA, Bozeman, MT, and Los Angeles, CA, he now resides in Brooklyn, NY with his soon to be wife Madalyn.
Nels Thoreson - Writer/Producer
Nels is the Editor in Chief for the music website, The Troubadour’s Road, former Travel Writer/Producer for the world-wide expedition, The World By Road, a Writer/Producer for AVERingenuity, and a Teacher/Counselor/Athletic Director/Head Football Coach/Registrar for the at-risk high school, Justice High School. A rural village in northwestern Wisconsin is where Nels grew up, but Boulder, Colorado, is where he now calls home. A degree in Political Science and Professional Writing has enabled Nels to be a snowboard bum in Winter Park, CO, a lumberjack and high school football coach in the northwoods of Wisconsin, a travel writer throughout the world, a filmmaker, an editor in chief, a farm manager, and aided in his variety of duties at Justice High School. Nels lives by the words of Robert Frost, “Two roads diverged in a wood and I – I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.”
